Adding Energy to a Sports Web Site

Tippmann Sports LLC is the leader in high-performance paintball products. The company prides itself on producing quality, durable paintball markers and accessories for serious players.

Serving such an active customer base, Tippmann needed to have a web site that reflected the paintball experience. A second goal was to drive repeat visitors. The company teamed with Brady Communications to redesign, develop and support its site, adding new features to boost interactivity.

New flash animation created visual excitement and energy. Users were introduced to Tippmann’s online forum, a place for devoted customers and paintball fans to exchange ideas. Also added were on-line contests, including one where users could upload their photos and share stories about their experiences with Tippmann products. And to make sure that those users can always access information about Tippmann, Brady provides web hosting and updating services.

As a result of the Web site redesign, Tippmann has seen its online community grow to having more than 36,000 members logging on to the forum each month.

Making an Impact

Serving such an active customer base, Tippmann needed a Web site that reflected and embraced the vitality and exhilaration of the sport. New Flash animation created visual excitement and energy.

Get (Inter)active

In addition to product guides and information, Brady Communications developed interactive site add-ons to engage customers and encourage repeat visits. Sweepstakes, downloads and promotions enlist visitors to visit again and also promote the company offline.

Building Community

The Tippmann online forum creates dialogue and information exchange within the site. Members discuss events, equipment, ideas and views on a variety of sport-related topics.

Tell Us Your Story

To support the company’s ad campaign, Brady Communications created an online social networking feature that encourages customers to share their paintball experiences, including narratives and photographs. The program incorporates video from YouTube.com to support entries.

Across the U.S.

When Tippmann rolled out their new event vehicle, it made an impression with bold, four-color graphics created by Brady Communications. Strong brand elements and bold photography assured visibility at various paintball events.
